What you receive

A scored report

Every section of your scorecard with its points and a letter grade out of 100, so progress is comparable month to month.

Evidence, not opinions

Photos captured during the visit and the shopper's written comments, tied to the specific job.

One action worth doing

The single change with the largest point impact, written plainly enough to hand to your team.

Three ways a customer reaches you — all three can be measured.

In-store visit

A shopper walks in as an ordinary customer, is timed from door to greeting, asks a real buying question and photographs what they saw.

  • Greeting time and first impression
  • Cleanliness and merchandising
  • Product knowledge and needs discovery

Phone inquiry

A shopper calls as a prospective customer, records how long the phone rings, how the call is handled and whether anyone follows up.

  • Rings before answer and hold time
  • Greeting script and tone
  • Whether questions were answered accurately

Web inquiry

A shopper submits a real inquiry through your website form or chat, then documents exactly what came back and how fast.

  • Form or chat usability on a phone
  • Time to first human reply
  • Whether the reply answered the actual question

Order to report

Five steps, and you can see where a shop is at any time. We tell you what affects timing instead of promising a date we cannot control.

  1. You order the shop

Choose the location, the type of contact, what you want measured and when it should be completed. You set the shopper payout.

    Minutes

  2. It posts to the shopper board

Verified shoppers in that area see the job with its payout and requirements, and claim it.

Usually within a few days, depending on area

  3. The visit happens

The shopper completes the visit, call or inquiry and fills in the scorecard on their phone with comments and photos.

    By your requested date

  4. Evidence is checked

We review the submission for completeness before it reaches you. Incomplete work is sent back or reassigned.

    Same or next business day

  5. You get the report

Scores by section, the shopper's own words, photo evidence and one recommended action, in your dashboard and by email.

what verified actually means here

How shoppers are chosen and evidence is checked.

How shoppers are selected

Shoppers register, confirm their email, and set the city they can cover. A shopper can only see and claim jobs in their area, and each job shows its requirements — evening or weekend timing, appointment needs, a required purchase — before they accept it.

How evidence is checked

A submission must include a score for every section of your scorecard plus written comments. Photos are uploaded during or straight after the visit from the shopper's phone and stored privately against that shop, so the evidence is tied to the specific job.

If a submission is incomplete

It does not become your report. We return it to the shopper for the missing detail, or release the job back to the board for another shopper, and tell you the new expected date. You are not billed twice for the same shop.

Where shops can be fulfilled

Coverage depends on shoppers being active in that area. Major metro areas fill fastest. Rural locations, unusual hours, appointment-only businesses and specialty shopper profiles take longer and may need a higher payout — we tell you before you commit rather than after.

Questions before you order

What exactly do I receive at the end?
A scored report: every section of your scorecard with its points, the shopper's written comments, photo evidence where the shop type allows it, a plain-language AI summary, and one recommended action. You can view it in your dashboard, download it as a PDF, and have a weekly summary emailed.
How long does a shop take from order to report?
The visit happens by the date you request, and the report follows once the submission passes its completeness check — normally the same or next business day. Total time depends on how quickly a shopper in that area claims the job, which we do not promise blindly.
Can you shop a competitor?
Yes, on the Competitive Edge package: two shops of your own business and one competitor shop anywhere in the continental US per month, subject to shopper availability, travel and whether an appointment can reasonably be made.
What might cost more than the listed price?
The listed price covers a standard shop. Travel outside the normal coverage area, a required purchase, service expenses, difficult appointment requirements, specialty shopper profiles and rush completion may need an additional charge. Nothing is ever charged automatically — we review the details, then ask for your authorisation first.
Do unused monthly shops disappear?
One unused monthly shop rolls into the following month. Rolled-over shops expire at the end of that month and have no cash value.
Is there a minimum term?
The on-demand shop has none. Monthly Insight has a three-month minimum, and Performance Plan and Competitive Edge have a six-month minimum. The monthly price, the minimum term and the total minimum commitment are all shown before checkout.
Do I need an account to look around?
No. You can read a full sample report — we only ask for an email so we know it reached a real person — see packages and pricing, and send us a question without creating anything. An account is only needed to place an order or to shop as a shopper.
Who sees my results?
The business that ordered the shop and platform administrators. Shoppers only see the job they claimed. Photos are kept in private storage, not on a public URL.
