How do I order a mystery shop?
Sign in as a business, tap “Order a shop”, pick a scorecard template, set the location and payout, and publish. A verified shopper claims it and completes the visit.
How do shoppers get paid?
Complete the scorecard with photos and comments. Once the business approves the submission, the payout for that shop is released according to your payout details in Account.
Can I edit a scorecard after submitting?
Yes. Open the job from your assignments, update scores, comments or photos, and save. The business can then regenerate the AI report from the updated evidence.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account, scroll to the danger zone, type DELETE and confirm. This removes your profile, shops, submissions and sign-in permanently.
